The stay, location and food was very good and the view from our room was very spectacular..Hotel Manager Amrit was so kind and nice everything was good.
HOTEL AMBA REGENCY is very near to M.G Marg and it's walkable. Rooms need to be more spacious and maintenance is needed. Breakfast start timings need to be further improved as tourist needs to start sightseeing early. More varieties can be included in the breakfast menu. Breakfast (veg), Snacks ( Veg on order) are good. The manager and staffs are friendly.
I would not rate there super delux room as great. Bathrooms are very bad including the mirror where you cannot see anything! Also the location is not great for taxi to enter but if you are walking then it's ok. Breakfast is ok in taste with very delicious Jalebis daily. Restaurant is on top floor with beautiful view. The people on reception are very helpful.Overall Ok not great I would say.
Worst experience ever. We have to leave the hotel by 5 AM to catch the flight but when we woke up at 4 something there was no water coming from any taps. When we asked in the front desk they give a lazy replay of water is over you have to wait till 6AM. The guy in the front desk gave two bottles of two liter water

The rooms were clean, very comfortable, and the staffs were amazing and generous. They went over and beyond to help make our stay enjoyable. I highly recommend this hotel for anyone visiting hills and want beautiful mountain scenery from their room itself. The 100% pure veg roof top restaurant is cherry on the top
.. Great place to stay. Marvelous rooftop restaurant and bar. Rooms and Room service all First class. No complaints with anything. Location is good but rooms are damp and amenities don't work. The hot water pipe was broken. Basin was broken. Sheets were not clean. No mineral water provided. Basic aspects are missing although they are 2.7k per night rate hotel. Wifi was not working from room as well.
Really bad hotel and service. Rooms had no ventilation and signal. Broken bathrooms. No soap/tissues in bathroom. Non-accommodating staff. No lift in 5 story building. Bad breakfast. Kindly avoid.
Much better options in same price near by.
