This hotel is in Shahdol, i always stay here for my business trip. Here the services are fast and staff is helpful. The hotel is clean along with rooms and washroom. They also have a restaurant on the ground floor where you will find the delicious food. Their reception lobby is at first floor so please do not get confuse. Two things that hotel requires new towels and restaurant needs fast service as even for the breakfast they takes 40 minutes so plan your meetings accordingly or do it somewhere else Anyways must visit for your business or personal visit. Hotel staff is illiterate owner run tractor Showroom and they don't have any idea how to Run hotel industry. AC not working during my stay and no ventilation in the room. For complementary breakfast only available Parathe and curd there is no buffet. Very cheap unprofessional staff and dirty room. Below 18 years staff serving room service.

Charges in the hotel are approximately Rs 1800/day. The size is decent. Property is new so the stay will be very relaxing. You don't have a good view from hotel. It is all closed in all directions. Hot water is available. Hotel provides bath towel and hand towels. Shampoo, body wash and moisturiser are provided. Room service is available. Housekeeping is very poor. They are very lazy and don't clean the room unless you shout at the management. Small parties can be conducted here. Hotel is in a decent location. No traffic and not very crowdy. There is a restaurant "Khana khazana" but the servicing time is very high. Don't have food here. Please look for some other location. From Pali Birsinghpur it is approximately 40kms and one hour journey.
