Mesmerising, mindblowing place. entered this hotel at night and it was truly dream come true place. all the arrangements were good. this resort has a breath taking views. i wish to visit once again. thank you

Rooms are not clean. Bedsheet was torn. Hot water is supplied for 1.5 hours in the morning and 1 hour in the evening. Rest of the time you have to do with ice cold water (at less than 10degC temperature). No Room heater. Rooms are dirty. No phones in the room. TV doesn't work. I have given 1 star as the outside view is beautiful.

Hotel is amazing, Its looks like a palace. Got real feel and always view of Lidder river from the room window. Very nice staff and cooperative. No Other option come to your mind once you stay here.

The road to hotel was really scary.. especially at night.. very narrow road which does not even show on map. Hot water was available only for an hour. We had booked 5 rooms. But one of the room was really old and dusty. So we all had to adjust in 4 rooms. In those 4 rooms.. one of the room was really congested and did not have mirror. We asked for another room but the management did not co-operate. Bathrooms did not have hooks for hanging clothes or towels.. Water was really dirty.. all mixed with mud. View from the resort was good. Resort looks good in photos.. but reality does not match. Not recommended.

There is a visible lack of heating facilities in rooms as well as for water. Their food is consistently spicy and you may find chilli hotness in bland foods like Dal too. They do not provide any solutions on rise of complaints over the aforementioned areas of problems. Although, granted they let you put on campfires on their premises.

We had booked a room for 2 nights but left after the first night for the following reasons. The access road to the hotel was long, unpaved and very tricky to drive on. The room was Icy cold with no heating. Hot water was supposed to be running for only 1 hour in the morning and 1 hour in the evening. There was no hot water the first evening . The Room phone was inoperable and we were told nothing could be done about it. The bathroom did not appear clean when we entered the room and there were no towels nor soap provided. We had to go all the way to the front desk to ask for basics as the room phone was not working. There was a small hot water kettle provided but no coffee or tea Bags. The trash can in the Dining Room was extremely filthy with all kinds of food stains all over the exterior. This is not a resort at all . We definitely do not recommend anyone staying here.

Very terrible experience. We stayed with family including children and We have booked 5 rooms in this resort for 2 nights for 75000 and none of the rooms have a working Television, WIFI is also not working and the water is also very dirty and you can't even wash your face with this water and the most horrible thing is the Manager of this hotel. We ask the manager to check out after the first night and he said that you have to pay for two nights and he threatened us that I'll not allow you to take your luggage and not allow you to checkout. We have complaints about TV, WIFI and room cleaning but he is not even giving attention to us and instead of that he is yelling at us and threatening us that he will not allow us to leave the Pahalgam. The resort is at a very remote location and the way to reach the resort is very Awful and scary. In total very horrible experience we ever had in life. I'll not recommend this resort to anyone. Please avoid this if you are planning to stay with your family.

There is a scam going on here. We booked 6 rooms in advance in February for our Stay in May. When we reached there, we got to know that the rooms are full and our booking was not confirmed even after we gave the payment 3 months advance. After too much arguments, they accepted that they had our bookings but somehow they cancelled and gave excuses that someone was died in manager's family (of course an excuse we used to give in school time) and due to which our booking was not confirmed. Then after further arguments they tried to shift us to 500 rupees room guest house by stating that it is their property which doesn't even look 5% same to their resort. Then they showed us another nearby hotel which we refused. After an argument for 2 hours they shifted us to another hotel with same category rooms and we had to shift 2 hotels in 2 days which had wasted our too much time. We got to know that they gave our rooms to other people with higher rates. DO NOT TRUST THEM and DO NOT BOOK there else you will also be played with.
