The room was clean and facilitated with all the latest things, Room services are very good , especially Adnan hassan they are very polite to serve us, Restorent food are very tasty and it was amazing that they provide every day new and fresh menu, I would like to say that it was the best hotels in his price segment, love this hotel's..

The Hotel provided exceptional accommodation . The staff members were very friendly. Not to forget the concern shown by Mr Adnan . When we were late he inquired about our safety and also arranged Dinner late in night.Highly recommended! Thanks so mucH Adnan G

Dear All, This hotel is situated just next to the DAL lake. Although the big vehicles wont be able reach till the entrance, you just need to walk approximate 50 meter from the road. The room are spacious. The outside garden is beautiful. They have a good quality restaurant. Hospitality was also good. It's situated almost heart of city Srinagar. The minute you step out of the hotel get, you get to see a very nice view of the road of Srinagar, with a backdrop of hills. Sharing the same view for you all. Also must mention, it is very safe.

Room are average but we had many problem for jain food even my child want khichdi but chef replied very rudely and did nt make for child , very bad experience , u can get better option in that area .

I visited the place in peak tourist season. The Hotel property is very spacious. Location is at the center of the the city. The owner is an excellent guy and always available. Staff is friendly and ready to serve. Rooms spacious and well lit. Some of the rooms in the property are old and not up to the standard of the hotel so have a look of the rooms first before booking. Garden is well maintained. All the excursion can be booked from the hotel itself. Overall a very good experience. Highly recommended for a budget of 4-5K per night.
