Hotel Agrawal - Hotel in Pachmarhi, Pachmarhi Cantt - Hoshangabad, India

No words. The staff are absolutely horrendous and rude. They give certain packages where they provide food,gypsy for traveling and stay. We booked this package for 3 days. But after 2 days they started saying that this was not a package. This was a form of trickery done to us. Secondly there were worms on the floor, rooms were dirty and it was literally written in front of the hotel that paid Wi-Fi was available, but there were no Wi-Fi services. Worst hotel ever. Would never recommend this to any of my colleagues or family members.

The best hotel in affordable price in pachmari, hotel service is best, rooms are good I really liked it's round shaped bed, clean rooms and washroom. Staff is helpful. The main thing is hotels location. Anyone can find this place as it's on the main road. Ofcourse the pricing gets high in session time or on weekends buts that's the case with every hotel in pachmari. One of its drawback is that this hotel is not available online. You have to go there directly to book the rooms or else you have to contact them directly via phone call.

Budget hotel without wi-fi,only one man stationed at the front desk 24/7,a 14-15 year old kid acting as porter who also doubled up as room service, no restaurant, not even a dining hall, we had to walk to a nearby hotel for the free breakfast and dinner which was included in our package

Do not book their jeeps for local visit ! First about the hotel, it's a decent one if you are looking for stay at cheap rates. Staff is fine too. But our stay there was disturbed immediately after making payment for one day.... Owner said "We have our Jeeps. My person will come and guide you". By then we had explored the rates of Jeep rent outside. Since it were weekdays, it was cheaper than what it is over the weekends. Then that person came and explained us about their tourism plans and quoted us Jeep rent which was almost double of what we were quoted outside. Worst part was that after I said no to him, he started arguing and forcing me to book their Jeep and spoke harshly. I called the owner and informed him how he was speaking to me after which they decided to withdraw. Finally their driver started giving loose comments like..." Iske saath kaun jayega." etc. We informed them that we will shift to another hotel next day after which they started apologising and requested us to forget all this and stay here next day too!

I have planned visit corporate team for 2 days it was osome arrangements for colleague,with quick response from hotel team ,they have also arange extra bed without any cost

Pleasant stay, though we had to pay a lot because we visited during one of the peak times of the year (on Christmas), had we been a few days early or late, we would have paid a fraction of the amount. The hotel is in no way fancy, luxurious or anything out of the ordinary but we were on a guys only trip and the rooms were big and had 2 beds, one for 2 and one for 1, we were four guys and we managed without the extra 4th mattress which they were willing to offer without extra charge. Though, I would've taken that mattress but I had the whole single bed to myself. Bathroom was big and had hot water. The room had AC but it was December (winter). There was an option of balcony in some rooms but we chose bigger room over balconies because the view was nothing nice. You can park right infront or side of the the hotel there is no separate parking area for easy parking, but it was not a deal-breaker, our vehicle was safe on the street with almost every other vehicle out there on every street and police petroling at night. There is no restaurant in the hotel but everything is within 100-200 metres. Not bad if you are tight on budget, this hotel not bad at all.

The hotel was really nice, enjoyed a lot , security was there , place was neat and tidy, very clean rooms , amazing service , thx for the best service! Enjoyed a lot.
