It's an awesome experience to stat in Hotel Binog Breeze. View from room were mesmerizing. Supportive staff. Quick room service and courteous staff. On request we got timely hot milk for our kids. It was all together a family feeling while staying. I would recommend for stay

Positives - The owner's availability to solve the issues. - Food was good, this was based on 1 meal. - Room had a good view Negatives - There were many issues right after we reached there. They didn't clean the rooms and toilets, cigar buds were there and the dustbin was full. - Housefly was a huge concern, though it is nature, the owner should have made an arrangement by having spray or bat - The food was good, but on the second day, people from the opposite hotel came to this hotel for food. We had to go to the opposite hotel to have food. First preference should be given to travelers who booked a hotel room. - It is 12 km away from the center, it takes 30 minutes to reach Mussoorie library, plan accordingly. - On bookings.com they claim to pay once we reach the hotel. The owner called me and asked me to pay Rs 1000 and when I reached there he asked me to pay immediately the whole amount, so I was kind of locked and have to live with it. - Though the owner was courteous to solve our issues, you won't have peace of mind if there are these many issues.

One of the best experience I had in along time. The place was really nice in almost all aspects.Good and clean spacious rooms. Friendly staff awesome locatio easy to reach.would really love to be here on my next trip.

We four friends stayed in family room. Its spacious neat and clean with mountain view and a stream is visible from balcony. Enjoyed our stay. Friendly staff given a homely treatment. Food too was very delicious

the Hotel location is very good rooms are very specious , clean & comfortable. staff behaviour is so polite & service quality is better than others.

I had visited Mussoorie for a holiday with my family during June 11-13, 2022. I booked the luxary room with balcony through MMT. I had worst experience during the stay. Room and balcony were very dirty, smelly and cobwebs were visible over the west wall. Bed sheets were dirty and torn. I requested them to change the bedsheet but it was never changed. Staffs are not availble after 01:00 AM till 07:00 AM. If you call the reception during this time nobody will pick the call. Lights over the balcony were not working. On the date of checkin (11th June) I had requeseted them to bring my dinner at room but they asked me to come to dining hall and gave the reason that you have kids with you and they will spoil the bedsheet by spreading the food over the bedsheet. I said your bed is already dirty with so much stain over it. The guy laughed and delivered the food inside room. Next morning due to water overflow from water tank our balcony got flooded with water. I complained but nothing happened.

Views wise good and good location near Kempty falls. Be careful with rude behavior of staff and owner. They may charge you wrongly for already part of hotel...same happened with me and all staff and owner will tell lie...

Stay was excellent. view from balcony was awesome. 7km from mussourie towards kempty fall .. you can visit kempty at morning with less crowd. Food was delicious and was at reasonable rate. Host and staff were supportive and well mannered. Stay was excellent here.
