Very Poor service. I placed my order via Pepperfry on the 11th of Oct and Delivery was showing for the 28th of Oct. On 28th they marked it on the panel that the order has been delivered wherein the product hadn't reached us. They call me the next day and say that their dispatch will happen after 10 days and that the order will be delivered in the first week of November. Very poor experience. Horrible customer support. My advice would be to refrain from buying anything from here unless you like following up for something on a constant basis.

Please don't buy wood furniture from hometown I bought a coat and during rainy season full mould will come. When I informed them technician came and put terminator in my home children is there so it is not practical to put the terminator everytime. It's really difficult spending money and facing problem like this. According to technician back rest is simple particle board and rest is MDF. Why they used different wood I don't know, this particle wood will have mould growth fast and unfortunately we are keeping our head on that side. According to technician there is no permanent solution. Do you have any permanent solution for this hometown? If so please reply to this comment. Currently i won't recommend this shop to anyone. Please go to some good shops and please don't get cheated in these type of shops. Extremely bad experience from hometown

Please don't buy products from home town. I bought one bed frame after 2 months only wood is coming out. If you email customer care they will tell ask shop people. I phoned hometown in xperia mall( place where I bought bed frame) they gave the phone number they told it is manager or some person( I don't know it's a correct thing or what ) I phoned him he will tell i will send in 2 days and after 2 days he will find some other reason after and he will tell next day. Really bad experience from customer care and shop people. I lost my 18900 rupees. Now only option in front of me is to dispose the bed frame. I deleted that person name because I am not sure the name given to me is correct or what ,if customer care needed his number ( the number which I am in contact, please send email to me requesting his number and name I will send the number ) Such products please don't sell to customers. Everyone is earning money with hardwork. Please do respect the customers.

I liked the experience in my hometown. It's a very nice place to buy home furniture and utensils. You can even gift your loved ones. According to my experience, the quality of products is also good. The service is also good.

Didn't Deserve 1 Star as well Server was down and Staff is too lazy to inform as i was waiting in queue but they attended Big Ticket Customer who bought 50 thousand item for them billing was done in a second. One lady staff break the queue and made the billing via POS Pathetic Staff behaviour. If you really want to investigate Date and Time is 15 July Between 14:00-14:30 hrs

I had ordered Book shelf it got delivered very well in time... Same day within an hours a person came, Anil Tak and attached it well. The service was really good person who came had good knowledge of things, it hardly took him 5-7minutes to complete the work. Overall really satisfied with the support and product too. Thank you again.
