Spacious rooms. Well maintained washrooms. Golf court view from window. Lush green surrounding with hill view. Pool side haldi function for a marriage was an awesome experience. Hotel.staff was very cooperative even at wee hours. Breakfast food was damm so delicious.

I am really wondering how this property is maintaining 5 Stars. The room was absolutely shabby. I clicked many pictures and had shown the staff member at the time of check out. I would be happy to share the pictures when I am asked to. I strongly belive the management could not care less for this property. It needs to be refurbished. The fauctes in the bathrooms were faulty. There was dust all over. Highly unhygenic loos in the waiting/forray area. I was requested to fill a feedback form and in which I have mentioned that nothing in person against anyone. But this is a big NO FOR STAY in the current state. We were provided just a mattress on the floor for the third traveller and then a folding bed was arranged when I told that the booking was made for three. The mattress on the folding bed was torn one. Most of the staff was polite but they did not had proper training. Because, they were just asking basic information also from each other. The only thing we liked was the Buffet Breakfast. A very big disappointment. I really had never expected that the five star property would be in such a state. Torn carpets, faulty faucets, Wall paper ripping off, Creaks in the walls, Dust all around, Broken Ironining board, Half of the room lights in not working state and the list goes on....

The rooms are carefully designed and spacious. The bathrooms are equally big and very clean! The rooms however were a little dirty when we first arrived and were cleaned at the next room service. Amit and Vishal did a fantastic job hosting the breakfast for the hotel guests. The food was delicious and we particularly liked Poha, upma and mango yogurt. The baked items were super awesome!

Decent place to stay . Lil bit far from city.Hotel staff was polite. Service was really good. Had my breakfast there . There is good variety of dishes for breakfast. Staff at the breakfast was really good Nicky were polite and cooperative. I would recommend anyone to stay any given day i like you Work thanks you so mach nicky

This was our third stay in this hotel since Nov 2022 to Nov 2023. The hotel is deteriorating in its room furniture, upholstery and amenities. Every item is weathered, broken or simply not working including the phones and lights. We stayed in Room 204 in Apr 2023 and again in Nov 2023. The cupboard lights were blinking on and off the complete night just like our previous stay. Bath tub is broken but not replaced. Instead it was permanently shur down with white cement. The phone does not work properly and in Apr 2023 we had to get it replaced during our stay. We also got the hot water kettle replaced in Apr 2023. Both items are not working in Nov 2023 also. Means their is no focus in maintaining the property and items. The check in was done by Miss Ruchi. She couldnt care less when we checked in. We were with an infant and she kept us waiting when there was no rush. There was only one customer who was discussing his budget and booking. Neither did she satisfy his requirement nor were we checked in for 10 mins. The valet Mr Sumer is courteous and helpful. The security staff was also helpful. The baggage collection staff is rude, have no regard for customer's lugguage and their complete body language is un-welcoming. They even smirked on seeing a lot of luggage instead of helping us out when we were tending to our infant. The security staff had to guide them what to do. These are interns who either dont want to be in hospitality sector or want to finish their shift whiling away time. Miss Kritika on the reception was very courteous, experienced and helpful during check out and bill payment. I gave her the same feedback that I am mentioning here. The hotel management is not upgrading the rooms which need immediate repair and change of carpeting and painting. The walls have stains in nooks and crannies. The refrigerator does not cool in the room and doors and windows hve scratch marks and curtains are coming out of the rings. Some blame goes to the previous customers also who do not know how to stay in a hotel. The restaurant staff has improved a bit from previous times and special thanks to Mr Akash for taking care of us during breakfast. The under training interns in the restaurant were also striving to attend to all guests on time. Overall not worth the stay and money. It is located far away from any eating joints and the highway but is not a pleasant stay.

The food tasted good and was well made. The room service was not the best. We finally got amazing service with Aakash in dining. He deserves a raise!

Have visited this place for the first time and loved it. The views from our room window overlooks the golf course. Watching the sun rise from behind the hills was added bonus. The breakfast was a very good spread . Vishal and Amit niclytook very good care during breakfast and were very prompt in their service. I would recommend Holiday Inn Panchkula .
