Hi stranger or whateva! Well well well, I'm a newbie to gym and I'd totally recommend HN7 for your training. One of the decent gym's in hosur that I'd recommend who are looking for traning. Well trained coaches, neatly maintained, comfortable space for training. I'd especially recommend crossfit training and one of the best coach for crossfit training is Aravind. Make sure you check out the HN7 instagram wall. From never working out to can't go a day without hitting the gym :)))

HN7 is a WHOLE PACKAGE ! From.. amazing equipments, extended hours (pink time),making salads available for clients, To.. breaking fitness myths through their instagram handle , HN7 has proved to be the best gym in town They have great trainers who brings out the best in each one of us. Special mention to my trainer - Rajif - for bringing interesting variations in workouts everyday so I don't get bored of doing repeated exercise, and also for pushing me to my fullest potential. I could definitely feel the changes and would highly suggest HN7 to those who wants to kick start their fitness journey.
