Comparing other tours and travel company, they offer costly package. The price is out of reach for any traveller. To a place where a maximum of 15k per head is enough, they offer a package of 20k. The people at there service desk are not professional. They dont have a good communication skill to talk with their customers. Improvement is expected in the future.
