Excellent experience, good service, We have booked basic package but we didn't like the hotel which they provide us , and we just ask for it , and they immediately change the accommodation to higher hotel without any extra cost, so this is nice , bike they provide us was in excellent condition, we ride for 5 days without any backup van , no break, oil, any other problems we find out in bike. Even though we paid full amount after our trip completed. Good food, good hotel, good service, in my next visit I'll definitely prefer the same.

We hired two bikes from Neo and his crew and had a fantastic experience the bikes were great along with the additional gear and information made the trip really memorable one minor problem and we were able to contact with Neo and sort it out .First rate guy and journey, thanks Neo .

We had very good experience with Himalayan trails adventure. We rented 6 bikes for 3 days. All the bikes were pretty new and in good condition. Neo and Nana are very welcoming and friendly. They were very accommodative. Stay was also good.

First of all thanks to Mr.Nio sir for giving me best tour in my life. So many times i have change my plan after all when I reached at leh that time also changed my plan.but he didn't charge any extra money. I took Himalayan bs6 awesome bike. no problem in my full trip.almost I ride 1100 km.Mr.Nio give us a huge Discount.also a good person and good behavior.also called a familiar person.always follow up where we are , are you face any problem. I suggest all of you atleast one time visit his office or shop for leh adventure.Thank you Mr.Nio for giving me best tour in my life..

Don't,I repeat DON'T rent anything from here. We rented this Himalayan (Mark the number) which got immediately chocked and brokedown on the harsh road of Pangong, Engine got boomed, didn't get started and we stucked between 80km no man's land. We tried to recover the same using some skill of some passerby mechanic but got no result. On back,Mr Neo showed no apology for his defective machine but shows mere arrogance, putting all the tragic on our "FATE" We had to cancelled Tso Moriri and got to come down to Leh. I insist anyone thinking of renting something here, better you people find another reliable dealer with a better price offered. Good Luck !

Friendly and helpful owner. The motorcycle that I've rented was a Royal Enfield Himalayan Scram 411 new - from 2023, and worked flawless. The price was also very good. The rented equipment on the other hand was the worst that I've ever seen: dirty, teared up and... let's say that you don't want to fall with it as it is not reliable at all. A bit of care towards it would go a long way .
