One of the very very worst experience, this travels not carry the passengers .their intention is loading a luggages from vendors make a profit. Their name only volvo bus but if u are travel it feel like normal buses

The worst bus company, I am not sure if they even have buses. My bus was booked for Manali from Delhi on 27th September 2023 8:00pm , they called me at 7 :00pm saying that the bus is cancelled. I was going with a lot of luggage and now I am standing on the road crying. Their service is worst . Never use this please.

One of the worst bus service ever seen, unsafe driving, not Hygienic, worst staff experience, they won't follow timings, waste of money, kindly I am request u don't book this travelsfor manali trip definitely u will be disappoint. I can't say not even single postive review very worst

Never book Volvo bus with ktc. They cancel 1 hr before departure and their no was switched off all the time. They didnt even consider adjusting us with other bus. Pathetic experience. Never booking with them again.

Very good and punctual service for my recent trip from Manali to Delhi. Bus was pretty neat and clean. But expensive than other options though.

Booked KTC bus for my Manlai trip. Bus condition and seats are good and comfortable. While returning (from manali to delhi), bus was two hours late. Also bus is filled with mosquito and bugs. Staff behavior is not good, I asked one extra water bottle and they refuse to provide. Blanket was not clean.

Very very bad service.Operator and bus driver coordination is zero as a result passengers have to suffer.I recommend not to go for Himalayan nomad ( KTC). Jaha kahi aur hay pahunchatay kahi aur...

Absolute incapable, ridiculous and arrogant staff... don't know how to talk or behave. My 2 year old son fell sick in the bus and the staff charged 500 Rs. This was my 4th and easily the last time I was travelling with this operator.
