Stopped here on the way to Surkunda Devi temple for lunch. Many items in the menu were not available. Ended up ordering Dal Tadka and Kadhai Paneer. Both were really good. Veg chowmein was also tasty. Quantity of food is sufficient for a family of 4. Very nice views.

The only positive thing is the location and balcony of room. "Think as much as you can before booking this hotel." It was my second visit to the same hotel and this time experience was very bad (visited with family). Suddenly after 8 PM, water supply was not available in room. Drinking water was not available even in their RO placed in Restaurant area. After calling several time on the Desk number and number mentioned on the hotel card, no one responded. There was only 1 person in hotel and after 7 PM he was not also available for any help. When we asked for water after 8 the person was sleeping and was not ready to listen anything. He told we do not provide any service (drinking water and water in washroom) after evening (due to hill area) and you should have asked before booking. After long conversation, he gave me 2 bottle of water and denied for more. Behavior of person sleeping on the reception was not good. Water was not available in room not even in morning and then they allowed to use some other room again after a long conversation.
Breath taking views, amazing location, delicious food and heart warming hospitality by the himalayan kiwi kanatal resort. Sums up the experience of my stay there. Take a break from ur hectic schedule and visit this hidden gem to rejuvenate urself. Highly recommended..... Must visit!!
Don't go to this hotel. Worst staff. No one is available. No one to give tea in the morning. When asked about breakfast we were told it would be served at 10.00 AM only. They are looters and no one is bothered to provide any services. Never go with family.

We sat here to enjoy the sunset. It was a pleasant experience the original sunset point was 200 to 300m above but we took a halt at this camp and the camp caretaker was kind enough to allow us to sit on their porch and enjoy the view.
