I recently had the pleasure of staying at Himadri Retreat, and it was an exceptional experience from start to finish. The resort is nestled amidst breathtaking natural surroundings, offering a serene and picturesque setting that immediately puts you at ease. The traditional Kerala breakfast at Himadri Retreat is simply delightful. One of the most unforgettable moments during my stay was the campfire and BBQ night. Gathered around the warm, crackling fire, I met fellow guests and shared stories under the starry sky. The staff's attention to detail was evident as they ensured the BBQ was perfectly cooked, leaving us with savory and scrumptious memories to cherish. The accommodation was comfortable, clean, and well-appointed, providing a cozy retreat after a day of exploration. The resort's staff deserves special praise for their warm hospitality and attentiveness throughout my stay. They were always ready to assist with any request and went above and beyond to make sure guests felt welcome and cared for. The surrounding nature offered ample opportunities for hiking and outdoor activities, making it an ideal destination for nature lovers and adventure seekers alike. Whether it was a leisurely walk or an adrenaline-pumping trek, Himadri Retreat had something for everyone. They do not deserve even one star, but I could not find an option to post review without rating. I never visited a worse resort like this in my life. Please don't select this resort if you want to enjoy your vacation without any issues. Otherwise, they will ruine your holidays, you have to argue with their staffs for evertyhing. We booked 3 cottages on October 07 and 08 in this resort, I am adding few worst experiences I faced during my stay. 1. As per their rules we should enter rooms before 10 pm, they will turn off outdoor lights at 10pm. 2. They haven't allowed us to sit outside after 10 pm even though we turned off our music system. 3. They charged 750 rupees for 1kg chicken barbeque and 15 rupees for a normal tea. 4. Breakfast was very bad, they provided a vegetable curry and vellappam, it doesn't have any taste.

I loved the location , it was like our dream after our 40's I wanted to settle like this ... Ambience is soo awesome , well Maintained I could see all kinds plants , fresh air With very beautiful view especially early morning , simple we loved it . We are planning to come again n again Good service as well!

I would say Himadri Retreat Resort is the best spot for friends and family, the location is great and greenish, the view is excellent, the place is perfect for photoshoots, the cuisine is good, and the room and swimming pool are very nice and clean. The finest part is eating live BBQ with fire camp, which will give you a memorable experience. Thank you for your service.

It was the most amazing experience in this Resort. The people in the Resort are so polite so helpful and amazing. The staff and the boys were so amazing. They did everything which we asked them for, I will definitely visit again. It was that good. Thank you for the service.

The location of the homestay is very beautiful. Good hospitality. Staffs were extremely friendly. The ambience is excellent. Rooms were spacious and comfortable

Very bad experience in Himadri retreat. They are restricted for everything, pools are allowing for 7pm only and after 9pm they are not allowing for music. Brake fast is really worst, not sufficient food and curry's. Services are very bad. Overall my experience is not satisfied with all. Not recommended

Beautiful Place, Service is Amazing, Very Friendly Staff. Rooms are clean, well maintained. Bathrooms are okay. Parking available. Swimming Pool available, it is New and clean. Wifi Available Dinning area available. We had bought food from outside also, they provided us with plates/banana leaves and utensils as well. No AC available. The path to location of the Resort is manageable(For Scropio Car) not a proper road for 1km something but can reach the retreat easily. Must carry Mosquito and bug Repellent as Wayanad is Full of Trees and so is the Retreat and it's surroundings. Would be great if they put detachable mesh or something for windows. Little dark at night, but they told they are getting path way lights installed. Overall 5/5 for the Experience and Budget. Nice place for friends and family.
