As I am living over here from last more than 2 years.. So I can say .place is good to live But its very highly interior means u will have to go very deep inside to reach the living complex

Extremely poor service. CRM nor the staff have the basic courtesy to respond to calls and behave in an arrogant manner. So much for customer relations. Five star reviews require five star services.

The location is one of the best in zirakpur with direct connectivity to chandigarh via patiala highway and aerocity rind road on the other side..

The society is great but the only concern is the builder is not providing enough security for the society. There have been multiple instances of security lapses and burglary in the apartments. Which has been great concern for the residents and builder has been incompetent in resolving that apart from it there are other concerns like cracks in the walls, which is never ending problem and the water quality remains poor.

Pathetic. Total harassment for Gest. No parking for guest/visitors. There is small area for only 10 car parking space . At the corner of society.
