This is a fantastic gym. Their approach is very different from the other gyms we normally see. Here, people are taken in batches of limited numbers which ensures that no batch is overcrowded.This also helps trainer to give individual attention to all. They also give diet plans based on your requirements and monitor your progress on a weekly basis. I would highly recommend this gym to everyone especially for beginners like me

Joined this fitness studio 2 months ago and the experience has been amazing so far. Very neat place and well maintained equipments. Trainers are knowledgeable and friendly. Individual workout plan and diet plans are provided even for ordinary subscribers (which is rare in other places without having a personal training program). Everything is well organised. In addition, products like supplements, training clothes and other gym accessories are available for sale at reasonable prices. Highly recommended for your various fitness goals.
