Heritage Village Resort & Spa, Goa - Resort hotel in Arossim - South Goa, India

The resort staff are very courteous and take care of the guests well. This was evident across all of them reception, restaurants, bar, house keeping, security. Almost like a culture of the resort. I was in a situation where I had to checkout and my flight was few hours later. The staff allowed me to hang around, offered complimentary meals and also gave me a room to shower before the flight. In one instance as I had to take an important office call, the bar staff switched off the music for about 15 mins. I felt very hospitable being in the resort. My sincere appreciation and gratitude to the staff. The resort decor is artistic Goan style and the beach is very quite, non crowded, clean compared to other in Goa. Love the sunsets here. Food on the weekdays seem to be more tasty than on weekends. Overall I recommend this resort if you have money to spend

Likes: Not too big so not overrun with lots of people. Nice period character features and artwork. All of the staff are very friendly and helpful. Clearly a lot of pride in their hotel The gardens are lovely and well maintained. Food and drinks quality and choices is good. Evening entertainment was good and mainly quite chilled. Rooms and public areas were very clean. Just a 3 minute walk to the beach. 20 mins walk into the village. Other activities were offered but we didn't do any of them. Dislikes: We were on BnB. So all drinks paid for at the end of the stay. Very surprised that the bill was subject to taxes and service charges adding 50 per cent to the bill. This was not made clear on the menus and service charges were applied even when we went to the bar ourselves. We were also supposed to have a pool view room, but were given a room at the back of the property which was quite dark with a view over the side road. Apparently this was an upgrade and yes it was probably bigger. There wasn't enough sun beds or umbrellas and people reserving beds with towels and books, then not using them for hours.

Our stay at Heritage Village Resort and Spa was nothing short of magical. The serene atmosphere, coupled with impeccable service, made it a truly unforgettable experience. The spa treatments were heavenly, and the staff went above and beyond to ensure our comfort. The rooms were spacious, well-appointed, and offered breathtaking views. I can't wait to return to this paradise in the future.

The place is very good. We enjoyed our stay as a family. Personally the food a bit of a downer for me as it was tempered to suit the western pallet (even the Indian menu ) and I enjoy the Indian spices. But that's subjective. Very friendly staff, clean rooms and good amenities. Just one thing; the drivers of the taxis stationed outside the hotel were not very friendly. It'll be nice if the hotel takes an initiative to train them since that's the only mode of transport for those flying from outside.

A bright and vibrant resort, from their rooms to their restaurant. Helpful and friendly staff. Breakfast can be better, their goan dishes are the only saving grace. A short walk to the beach , and also having a clean pool . Cost effective if you are looking for a calm and quiet holiday in South Goa

Very comfortable and secluded place. Awesome meals. Excellent, and courteous staff. Clean and well maintained rooms with full amenities provided. Activities through the day. This is our second visit and will be visiting again in near future.

One of the best choice we made to stay in the Heritage Hotel South Goa . Starting from the reservation , kudos to Ms Sujata for helping me so intensely with all my queries and making the complementary arrangements for our anniversary with decor , Cake & Wine. Followed by this each and every staff has a smile at the floor and Room service staff were so efficient and prompt with 1 call , in short the immaculate service which made it a truly unforgettable experience. Then comes the Restaurant - Breakfast , Dinner were good .The head Chef who personally came in and checked if in case we need something special for kids and all the the staff who helped us taking the order and served us with positive vibes .Specially Mr V (sorry I forgot his name) The property was good and maintained properly with all the activities well planned for the kids to engage them during the stay.

Loved each and everything over here! The staff is just so friendly and caring..kudos to them for making our stay here wonderful...the property is very beautiful and the food is mouthwatering... located just next to the beach...it definitely deserves 5 stars. Highly recommend to stay here
