Heritage Rose Inn - Hotel in Srinagar - Srinagar, India

My husband and I stayed at the place and received personal and warm treatment from the hosts. The place is very special, the hospitality is homely. The meals are very good, traditional and tasty. The hosts constantly make sure we are fine and send us Kashmiri tea to the room. Really pampering! The view is breathtaking. Lots of green. The hotel kisses a big rock and we wake up to the sound of birds, to the sight of many different types of trees. The place is safe and they take care of us a lot.

It was a very nice experience and we enjoyed! Althaf (coordinator) really guided us properly and made it very comfortable for the stay. Letheef (driver) was gem of a person who helped us throughout our journey. I strongly recommend everyone out there to reach out to Althaf to make your journey to kashmir a memorable one!

Location, property and owner all deserves 5 star rating. It was a good experience with my family. Food was not that good they needs to work on that. Rest it was beautiful experience. I received warm gestures from the hosts. They provide us a wonderful experience of Kashmir and I would definitely come here again. The interiors were nice and comfortable. Mr.Arbaz was very co operative and helped me with both my accommodation and travel. The car that was rented out to me by the hotel had an excellent driver , Mr.Umer. he took care of everything during my travels and is an experienced driver. Very friendly and very reliable. Umer bhai gave me a memorable experience.

We had booked a family suite. The bathroom had some weird smell and seemed there was some leakage near the pot. The staff was never available at reception, neither the landline in room was working. Also for breakfast they don't have much options just bread toast and one other item . Myself being a vegetarian, but was served omlette in the breakfast without even asking for my opinion. Just the location was really nice. Plus they make you give a review at the time of checkout, hence the good ratings on Google.
