Heritage Masala - Cafe in Agartala - West Tripura, India

This is one of the worst place in entire state. We have ordered veg noodles and veg fried rice and those stupid people served with only salt and pepper. We can hardly find any veggies. Staff behaviour is disgusting. If there's a a chance to give negative will definitely go for that. Owner better shut the place.

Place is good, but am talking about the place, not the shop, The SHOP SUCKS!! RECENTLY I visited this place to have lunch, but FIRSTLY they were LATE to serve egg rolls(2) when there were no other customers, except me and my friend, and along with that, we ordered 250ml mountain dew bottles which MRP is 20 rs, But after having the eggrolls that we were served (which was bad af too, and too much salt in it, my friend fed half of his roll to a stray dog nearby, which even that dog didn't finish eating) Then comes the payment part, 40rs for eggroll 20 rs for mountain dew was what we had in our mind so 60 for each person But we ended up paying 65 each, I asked them and the workers replied that mountain dew costs 25 and not 20 . If I was in authority, I would have banned this shop.

Would like to give -7/5 had momos from here it was literally the worst momos i ever had in my life. The size of the momos were small and the stuffing was not even there wow. Also the service was not great either.

I wish I could give them -10 stars. Behaviour is awful and I found shutki kaata in their egg Maggie. I rest my case.

I went there twice. Worst mistake of my life. The Dum Biriyani is awful. The other day a group our of friends went to have chicken egg roll and Pepsi 200ml bottles. Feedback of food is Awful Dry with not enough fillings and sauces. The worst part is They charged 5ruppes each bottle as freezing charge. Upon saying we won't pay they started blabbering nonsense. A worse place. Highly not recommended. Unhygienic too.

One of the worse restaurant in Agartala city, the behaviour of the restaurant staffs are rude and most of the time in drunk. Some of guys are trying out on girls. The quality of food items are pathetic. Only the good thing is its open sky sitting table with mosquito bites. They had newly added in their menu that's ' Chai'. Its just awful, it's not Chai its just hot sugar water without chai flavour with deshi mud cup.. Parking place is available.

Worst experience ever I would leave zero stars if I could. We Ordered egg roll and Schezwan veg Chowmein. There was no sign of egg in egg roll also the egg roll wapper was made with old rotten dough . Even the Schezwan Chowmein was horrible the vegetables and spices were burnt and they used chilly sauce instead of Schezwan sauce and named it Schezwan veg Chowmein. About cleanliness I have no words , a house fly was trapped in there sauce jar. Table was sticky and not cleaned. They don't even have a basin to wash hands , you have to wash hands with a mug which is fine until you saw the water they have provided to wash hands. Hostess stand was rude. We placed order and was waiting for our serving as they came to confirm order half an hour later after we placed the order . Come here if you want attitude , bad food and bad service.
