Recently visited this place. This is very old, well planned for people staying here, nicely maintained and a very beautiful place. A beautifully maintained garden and we can see a lot of rare flowers grown in the garden.! Definitely kids play areas need more maintenance. The only problem seen here is visitors parking. We need to park roadside if we are visiting for some functions in the community.
Worst Society I have ever seen in my life. Even as an owner the management office of the society make doing anything from moving in to construction work there so difficult. They are corrupt, cunning and always looking to make a buck! Stay away from this society.
I abandoned the idea of relocating to this apartment in 2021 due to several factors. The society is quite old and overcrowded, lacking parking space for visitors, and suffering from a poor ambiance and mismanaged clubhouse. Additionally, club card memberships were exclusively available to owners, not tenants. I found better alternatives to explore, such as NCC Mayfair, Prestige Montecarlo, and Veracious.

The project is well equipped with all the basic amenities to facilitate the needs of the residents. The site is in close proximity to various civic utilities.
Very nice ambience. Well maintained with 2 swimming pool, tennis courts, basketball courts, ample parking space with guest parking. Parks with kids play area, senior walking and sitting places. In campus jogging space. Well functional gym. In campus Grocery shop, music and dance classes, large community hall. Security guards at each block.
View looks great. Wheelchair accessible here. Hospitals, hotels and super markets are close to this place.
Loved it, weather, cleanness everything is superb...
An apartment full of trees, surrounded by fully trees, well maintained gardens and roads.but exteriors of some blocks and corridors are not kept well. Valuatation is very cheap for buying
