The management is shady. We had booked a suite through Airbnb. However, we got only a small room. On pointing this out to the owner, we were directed to a larger room (still not a suite). Make sure to eat what you have ordered only. Random salads served with your dinner are not complimentary. Make sure to get a room with a bathtub, it will enhance your experience.

Unique building, excellent breakfast, Homely safe feeling. One of the best places I've stayed in throughout my 34 yrs travels around the globe, all thanks to the kind and genuine service, especially of the manager Mr Yusuf.

Stayed here for two nights. Rooms are just okay type on the first floor. Food was just too bad only bread toast was edible in the breakfast, (poha, prantha, sabji was very bad). Good for one night stay only.

Had a very pleasant experience staying here. The staff is very helpful and courteous. The rooms are spacious and clean. The food is pretty great and the staff will help you with all the local cuisine. The garden is fantastic and definitely worth visiting. All in all, a great place at a very peaceful location.

My experience with this hotel, booked through AirBNB, led me to rate 5 star considering the following facts 1. Location - very prominent location and easy to spot. Especially guidance from the owner was super helpful 2. Rooms - neat and hygienic. Hot water available, electric blanket to keep your bed warm all the time 3. Ambiance - Ample garden space with varieties of flowers and fruits. They don't allow to drink outside of your room but you can smoke at the garden area. This somehow reduces avoidable noises 4. Food - cook is available and provides good quality of tasty items 5. Security - Locale security is there and the owner is super cognizant of this factor Bonus tips- they provide local seasonal fruit to consume in the room, along with hot water kettle, and a tea kit. Manager (Yusuf) never stands by his words for anything. Having zero ethics. They will misguide you for everything for their commission. I am giving NEGATIVE RATING. Place is good but the experience is worst because of such people working there. They will never Clean your room. I stayed for 7 days, but no one cleaned th room even a single day. Management is soo money minded that they do not hired sufficient staff for cleaning, cooking, etc. Worst quality of breakfast. No food options. I got same breakfast for 7 days with poor taste and quality. Keep this as a last option. NAGATIVE RATING!!!!!!!!!

Beautiful Heritage Hotel situated just behind convent school rajbaugh. Staff is really good and helpful. Food taste really nice and you feel like you are staying in your home. Rooms are big enough and property has beautiful garden area with variety of trees of different fruits.

It was a great stay. Mohammad Abbas bhai and Nadaf Javed bhai were amazing host and caretaker. They took care of our every needs and were all time available for our queries. The rooms are well heated and it offers a comfy stay for all travellers.
