We went to check out their collections and realized that there were two stores by the same name and we entered the bigger store thinking that they will be having good collection but we were disappointed to see their collection of gemstone so we walked out and saw another store named same as "Hera Panna Gems and jewelery" just next to an aquarium shop. We entered it just to check out if they have good options and we were happy with their range and collection, staff behavior. Pros of the smaller hera panna store next to the aquarium store: - Very polite staff behavior, the owner himself showed us the collection with patience - They had wide range of gemstones from very entry level to higher grades per carat price - They delivered on time as promised, no default in that - The finish quality what they delivered was really good. Cons of the bigger Hera panna store: - Mariyal staff behavior - They were lethargic in showing gem stones and their collection of yellow sapphire wasn't that good Please don't go by the size and front facade grandeur always, sometimes smaller looking stores have jackpots.
