We booked an actual face to face consultation with a doctor and you gave the appointment even though he was not available. After reaching there, the receptionist asked whether we want to talk to him on the Phone which makes no sense since we were already there. If we wanted to talk on the phone then we wouldn't have booked face to face consultation and travelled all the way to your clinic. Plus the receptionist was not very friendly and made us wait alot for the receipt. You should understand that the patient isn't feeling well already and try to be a bit friendlier at least.

I have seen visited many clinics and hospitals in Pune. But health bay is unexceptionally one of the cleanest clinics. We were consulted by Dr Neelima, she was very warm, supportive and explained really well on every problems. Also, the staffs are very friendly and supportive. What I like in healthbay is it's spacious, clean and very warm. And the staffs are very ethical. We will revisit in case we need anything related to maternity.

I met Dr. Raiba Deshmukh today after the treatment of my papa . He treated very well . Condition of my papa was very critical but because of doctor my father recovered very soon . Thank you so much

Staff is very cooperative. Dr.Pooja is very supportive and accessible for all queries and resolving the same. Patients room hygiene can be improve.

Doctors are experienced, polite and caring. I would especially recommend Dr. Neelima Agarwal. My wife is consulting her for pregnancy, she delivered last month under Dr Agarwal's supervision. One of the best doctor we have came across. Given the quality of treatment and consultation i found the charges quite reasonable as per Pune standard. Very courteous staffs. Neat and clean, with ample parking space.

Pathetic service, twice my appointment is cancelled and is not on time. Mismanaged system and also they will charge you before your problem is sorted and ask you to wait. They should have a proper communication with the availability of Doctor and then only provide the timings, giving bad weather condition is not a justified excuse. I won't recommend anyone to come here!!!

The doctors at the clinic are good but the problem of the clinic lies at the reception staff. Very poor coordination done by reception staff between patients and doctors regarding the appointments. Posting the review after my 3rd bad experience.

Please stay away. Money is only thing they care about. From high charges for consultation, unnecessary medical tests and sonography to eventual selection of hospital. All is planned and premeditated. The only thing they care about is money. From beginning to end. I wonder where is that money going. Riches. Doctor serving here only filling pockets. Humanity s end - healthbay clinic
