Health Care Centre - Nursing home in South Dumdum - 24 Paraganas North, India

Not a satisfactory experience. Recently my mother's hysterectomy was done here. And the nursing staffs are very very very careless and didn't give the proper care to the patient. They must know the one mistake of them is a life threatening for a patient and they do this repeatedly.. they give wrong diet after my mother's ot. I'm requesting to the hospital authority as they go through the experiences and must trained there nurse.

DR ANANDA BAGCHI AND DR SUBRATA DAS ARE AWESOME IN THEIR RESPECTIVE FIELDS... but please tell to change the attitude of the staffs seating in the reception... Very harsh and rude...worst behaviour...seems like they are the doctors.

I have admitted my mother in Health care centre with severe burn injuries in a critical condition. She had to stay in ICU for almost 17 days. She was treated with utmost care by the doctors and nursing staff. Finally she recovered and we were able to bring her home. I would like to express my gratitude to all the doctors, nurses, technicians, etc who played a crucial role in the recovery of my mother. The atmosphere is homely and all the facilities necessary for critical patients are available. The nursing home is also hygiene friendly. I would like to thank Sumita mam for her help in our tough times. However, the billing counter is understaffed and hence gets crowded at times.

Horrible place. The condition is worse than the worst of all government hospitals but they charge at par super speciality hospitals. The staffs are terrible, misbehave with the patients and their families. The doctors don't visit and the nurses operate on their behalf. Once you get admitted, they will try their best to retain you without releasing for days. The advice is never visit this place even in dire needs

nice place with good staff just a bit more cleanliness and more professional and proper skilled staff are required otherwise very good place

The person who takes appointment on behalf of the doctors for the OPD section is rude as hell.... Even Batman is polite in comparison to this man.

I feel good n fit with their heartiest care n hospitality. Specially thanks to Sumita Madam, who took care personally on regular basis. I am lucky to get two Nitangles Debarati n Tanusree, who makes the channel smoothly they are professional but friendly. Here Drs are very reputed n seniors also and costs are also reasonable rather than others.

A good nursing home for treatment with availability of experienced Doctors.
