It was my first time experience going to Salon for getting hair transformation. To be very honest the staff is cooperative and friendly. They have skills and experience. I got my hair smoothening done by Mr. Rohit. He was very cordial throughout the process. Overall it was a great experience.

I must say that Headquarters is way more than what I had heard about it! It has the best trained staff who give their best with customer satisfaction as their main aim. I got my curly hair highlighted in December,2022 by Mr Sanjay who did the task beyond perfection. He was patient throughout (my voluminous curls were a task to be dealt with) and his skills and expertise are top notch in the work he does. I am super impressed with their services and will surely visit again for anything and everything related to hair
Very poor on customer centricity. I had booked an appointment for 10 and got there at 10:30 (traffic congestions in Shimla and Sanjauli). Even after waiting for more than an hour the staff was unable to offer the service. They are short staffed and unable to attend the customers. Highly unprofessional and wouldn't recommend to waste time going this place. Just that the place has got good reviews, the overall service and customer service and attendance stands at zero.
A place where you feel so warm is indeed headquarters. The most welcoming and loving team of headquarters is what brings you back again and again. I get all my services done from this place and it's the best. Recently got a tattoo done by Mukul bhaiya. He provides you with best tattoos while taking care of proper hygiene and sanitation. Never seen such a patient tattoo artist. Searching for the best tattoo artist,then it's definitely TatzbyJerry.
