Office should be improved because govt employees cannot maintain it which already handover to employees and public also. All glass removed from their tables sections Cleanness is poor but servicing is good but cooperation of employees is really very poor. Overall public sector can improve only by the public only if habits can change then all buildings will definitely improve.

Experience is okh okh. Staff and service could have been better.

ALIGARH PASSPORT OFFICE ONLY COLLECTION CENTER YOU SHOULD SUBMIT YOUR FILE AND FORGET FOR TWO MONTHS BETTER VISIT GHAZIABAD AS THERE SERVICE IS MORE PROMPT AND NORMAL PASSPORT IS DELIVERED IN 15 DAYS YOU EVEN NOT KNOW WEATHER STAFF WOULD BE PRESENT ON THE DAY OF APPOINTMENT AT PSK ALIGARH. on appointment staff was not present 10 jan 2019 so i was given another date 28 jan as appointment was booked online and earliest date avail. was 28 jan one handicapped person was there on 10 jan but no staff was present without any information

Went for passport appointment..in 15 minutes all formalities was done

Very bad services provided by employees,

It's been five days a parcel of mine is not delivered inspite of being delivered to head post office of my city Aligarh. Very poor service from the administration side. Non cooperative behaviour.

The parking staff ask for illegal parking charges which I complained to Senior Postmaster. The postmaster said they ask for money only for long duration parking. This implies a corruption. So I say DON'T pay any parking charges or take a photo if someone is paying and just escalate the complain to the postmaster.

I didn't got my debit card till now but It has dispatched on 30 November 2018.i have searched through the online it's location is showing in Aligarh head office. I have tried so many times contact to Aligarh head post office but these guys is not receiving my call. it's really hassle suffer with these guys.
