HDFC Bank - Bank in Chennai - Chennai, India

Do not have an idea why they run this bank when there is absolutely no response from the manager or the other staff involved. No timely response, no reverting back to calls from customer. I have been a customer for last 10 years, but last one year the team set up is as bad as they can be.

Good service and friendly staffs who guides you in a better way & handle customers with patience. M/s Juliya, PB officer over this branch gave a hassle-free experience. You'll find some difficulty in getting into it and search this bank as this tech park comprises of many companies and many formalities to get in.

Worst experience on both visits I made to the branch yesterday and today. The staff are under trained and knows nothing to solve your queries. They pretend as if they are too busy but I see customers waiting for long time. For unblocking the netbanking they already taken 2 days of time and issue still exists. PLEASE DONT WASTE YOUR TIME HERE

Very slow outdated staff. Especially teller

In MAP it's showing address but no Bank is available in that place, it's industrial area and Waste of time,energy and petrol for going that place, just walk into Olympia tech for HDFC bank in Guindy.

No sense in keeping a bank inside a premise which doesn't allow non employees inside without creating a fuss. Something is for public keep it reachable for public not in a place which has 7 entries but allows only through one. It took 2 hours to find out there's no branch of yours in "race view colony guindy". Please don't advice me to use internet banking. And your routes in Google maps suck too.

Good friendly branch, i have my account in here. At the time of denomination change, i could see the manager himself handling the huge crowd at ATM in a very politie way. It's in the difficult situation we find the right person, rather than in a normal situation.

I couldn't able to get my new debit from this branch and I'm trying to reach them no response , kindly do the needful to get my debit card
