Every single aspect of this place is really great. I recommend this place to anyone looking for a short getaway from daily routine. Thank you to each and every staff, who were at our service the entire stay. The lunch and dinner was prepared fresh and hot only after we placed the order. Breakfast is the basic buffet but a great spead.
Located in a beautiful location with stunning views and very quiet. Very small and peaceful complex. Attentive staff. Evening meals which were cooked fresh were excellent with a variety of options. Breakfast was a bit basic unless you like Dosa however cooked fresh. All in all would highly recommend
Beautiful, luxurious place and a picturesque location. Serene infinity pool, good food, great service and entertainment. We stayed in the Sunset View Cottage and the Honeymoon Cottege, both with Jacuzzis and with a beautiful view. The only drawback is that they charge 20% extra on room service, which I thought is unnecessary as we order from their kitchen anyway.
Great location and staff was genuinely pleasing. Food was great too. The rooms however were quite a let down. While the room size is big, it lacked a sense of neatness, for example wall paint, curtain hygiene, smell in the bathroom, no hot water at all times, etc. At the price point, I would expect these features.
One of the best locations to stay in and around Munnar. View from the property is breathtaking, very close to nature and away from the hustle bustle of city. Staff is very helpful and hospitable. We dedicated one whole day to just the activities planned within the property. Book this property without any hesitations if you want to enjoy nature at its best!!
Overall experience at this resort was fantastic.. I recommend it for everyone who want to enjoy some scenic views of the mountains alongside the infinity pool. Food was delicious too so a value for money I must say..
We had an amazing experience at Haze & Kites resort. Our hotel rooms were really nice and the restaurant food as well was good. The staff was very friendly and courteous. They even helped me find my bag which was lost because of my mistake. The location is a bit tricky to reach but the road is in good condition so it is not that difficult to reach.
The property is indeed beautiful and well maintained. The ambience, food, indoor activities are excellent. Cherry on the cake is the hospitality and care.
