It was in Port Blair .. so nice ambience . Staffs were professional .. room was decent.. breakfast included ..and it was buffet.. if you have to check out from hotel early morning you can request for packed breakfast they will provide you also.. humble staff ...recommendable .. location also good .. restaurant was there inside hotel so if you want you can order dinner over there or you can roam around and take your dinner from outside..

It was geat experience at the hotel, staff and room service is fine and food is fabulous at far.
The worst experience very bad service form the management, we first checked in one room where the heater was not working the intercom and hairdryer also was not working and later they changed the room where the heater was not working and they told by morning they will get it done but nothing was sorted and they kept blaming the weather is cold so the geyser is not working, the management was not proper they didn't do proper customer service not worth the money absolute waste of money.
They say they have high-tech locks but all the rooms have the same password.
Recently i stayed there 5,6 sep and 10 sep 2023 during my andemans trip experience is good Staff is very cooprative and good .they give us early check in ,advanced breakfast on check in day and packed breakfast on early check out premium room is well maintained with all animities clean comfortable food is very delicious staff is polite highly recommended
