My stay at Hotel Hayat Residency was awesome.. all staff members right from Reception, Housekeeping was very helpful and always smiling..!! They upgraded my room to suit as heater was not working in our super delux room. Thanks for making our stay so comfortable..!! Even food was very awesome and delicious.. Chef and his whole team was very nice. They provided us Jain Food on our special request with smile. So overall very nice experience..!!
Hello everyone! Am giving review after a long time ! I was busy some where! I visited this place few days ago and mine experience was mind blowing this hotel have a decent location especially in winter season to stay ! If you are staying here you are going to feel more safe and comfortable here ! I am reviewing on the basis of my own experience the hotel staff was quite good and gentle even every one was same ! But the behaviour and the facility of this hayat residency is quite good ! I faced little issue when I checked in but they sorted all those issues in 5-10 min. For my comfort and safe zone they usually try to feel their customers/ visitors happy and safe ! The owner of the hotel is also very nice guy ! He by himself helped us in many ways even though he also helped us in knowing more about Pahalgam and to spend your day there and what you have to spend each and everything ! I couldn't even explain he was like unexpected helping man in unknown place as a tourist! He also guided me where to visit how to tarvel to visit all those places even though also make sure us about fares and all of everything which you wanted ! I seriously thank him alot for helping me there and to make me and my family comfortable and safe there ! Even when I checked out they also helped me in checking out because I was checking out too soon like near about at 04:00 A.M morning time ! All the staff was quite good ! Sir I really appreciate your facility and thankful to your staff too for having a great visit in your hotel ! Thank you once again! They also have buffet system with their rooms for dinner and breakfast charges included in your rooms already! As my suggestion if your people have good budget to stay and feel safe in Pahalgam in a good hotel your have Many options there ! But as my suggestion I think you people should visit Hayat residency Pahalgam ! This hotel is situated near river treat side before Pahalgam your will feel special here !

Hotel Hayat Residency Pahalgam is one of the best places to stay in entire town. A newly built property with modern amenities and contemporary looks makes the stay very comfortable. Rooms are very cosy and comfortable, staff is very courteous and friendly. Highly recommended for vacation stays.
Stayed at this very beautiful property in June 2023. The rooms were nice and comfortable. Very clean. The location is a little away from the main market but so close to the rafting point. You can just walk down a few minutes to enjoy the riverside and cafes alongside. The hotel staff was extremely warm and welcoming. Specially Hafiz who was so prompt with his presence and gave us wonderful suggestions on things to do. Hospitality par excellence. We travelled with out infant and safely this property is also child friendly. Loved it. And definitely going back in the winters.

I (Fayaz Ahmad) visited this hotel .Rooms were clean, hygienic and beautifully maintained. This hotel is centralised with heating. Located just in front of Lidder river thereby providing great aesthetic value. They also have an apple Archrd in the front. The quality and taste of the food at their restaurant was very good. Overall I loved my stay at this place and would highly recommend it. Also considering the price in Pahalgam this hotel had a good value for money. Mr. Reyaz owner of the property is very humble in nature. Restaurant staff having a good hold in hospitality.. Mostly recommending this property
