My mom and I had an amazing stay at this hotel. We booked it very last minute as our plans in Rishikesh were cancelled due to flooding. The food was amazing as we were served breakfast, lunch and dinner. The service was great and met all of needs. The rooms were large and clean. The staff was amazing (shoutout to Sonu for keeping the rooms perfect). We couldn't have asked for a better stay!

Stayed for 2 days, and must say one of the best stays in Haridwar on the Banks of River Ganga. The rooms are spacious, clean and tidy. View of River Ganga just when you come out of the room. Even you can hear the sound of river flow, at night time. Their restaurant offers great tasty food, only thing is prices are on higher side. The buffet breakfast and evening high tea is a must go for when you are staying here. There is a private place inside the premises where you can take Ganga snan which is allowed only for the hotel guests. Also, at the evening you can perform Ganga Arati from the same place. Overall a good and pleasant stay.

Amazing place in the heart of the city with private bathing place in the holy Ganges. Love the eveningTea concept in the open area where you get the breathtaking view of the holy river. A warm welcome, Us performing arti sessions , Havana in the mornings and bhajans in the evening Chef Hardev prepared delicious baingan bartha and other local cuisine with so much love & passion. A totally lifetime divine experience

Amazing service! Huge thank you to Chef Lalit for making food according to our dietary restrictions. The food was amazing and authentic. The service staff had no qualms with suggesting food items as well. Rooms were very clean and well maintained for a 130+ year old building. They have done an amazing job of preserving the history of this hotel yet making sure to bring it into the modern era. In the center of the hotel is a small Mandir (temple shrine) where there was an aarti (morning and evening prayers) and bhajans (devotional songs). These were a great way to start the evenings and we could head straight to the aarti after high tea. Additionally the hotel has a private ghat where one can do ganga snan (bathe in the ganges). For the ganga aarti, one can stay at the private ghat (river bank) or you can go with the hotels pandit as he guides you to Hari Ki Paudi. I highly recommend going with the Panditji as you will have incredible darshan (view) of the aarti and you will do so in relative comfort. Huge thank you to the service staff, the housekeepers, receptionists, chefs, singers, tabla player, and panditjis for a truly remarkable experience!

It is a very beautiful and serene property. I just checked out today 06-06-2023. There is a sense of calm and peace as soon as you enter. It has beautifully crafted Indian decor and theme. HIGHLIGHTS: 1. The ganga view from the common area of 1st floor front rooms. 2. Sitting area on ground floor with ganga view. They serve high tea here at 4pm. 3. Sandhya aarti at the hotel premise temple 4. Evening aarti at the private ghat 5. Delicious pure veg meals with great spread. Our room was well maintained, neat and clean. We were taken care by Mr. Sonu who is very professional with polite attitude. The entire staff is very polite, respectful and responsible. AREAS OF IMPROVEMENT: 1. The location of this hotel is very tricky with narrowest possible lanes within the main bazaar. Especially during peak season and crowded times, it is a challenge. They ask us to park at maya devi temple gate no. 2 and then guests are taken to hotel via small e-rickshaw. Make sure you have less luggage. We had a tough time reaching temple parking because all rights turns were closed and roads were made one way for crowd management. 2. Parking is also open. My car was covered in a layer of dust. Moreover they charge 300/= for parking for one night stay. 3. A changing room/section at private ghat would have been great which i missed. 4. I missed the ironing board in the room. My clothes were crushed and i had no means to iron them. MUST VISIT PLACE TRULY A HIDDEN GEM Thank You team for making our stay memorable.

Great hotel. The hotel is on the ganga ghat. The hotel has its own ghat which can only access by hotel guests. You can stay in the water as much you like. Food is amazing. Breakfast, lunch and dinner, all are amazing food with great service. The house keeping service is good. I will recommend this hotel for it's beautiful location, good and private access to ganga river, in house temple, aarti, bhajans, etc.

We stopped here for a coffee and went to the spa. The staff are really nice and helpful. Very welcoming to travellers, even if you don't stay overnight.
