Baramura Eco Park This park is located at about 38 km away from Agartala in Baramura Hill Range through which 8 National Highway winds its way to Shillong and Guwahati from Agartala. It is an area surrounded by sylvan green forest with a stream flowing through it. This park has got a lot of other attractions of panoramic environment. This is an ideal destination for eco-lovers.

The park almost remains empty, no crowd at all, best place to enjoy peace.. I went there with my bros I had a wonderful weekend , but the parking charges are really high. But the inner ambience was authentic,

Inside there are various sights. Accommodation is provided, there are various facilities for food and entertainment. This place can be visited from time to time to get a taste of nature from time to time. It is located right next to the Assam-Agartala Sabroom Highway. Next door is Hornbill Park, where the Hornbill Fair is held in the winter. Tourists come from different places. Just across the street from it is the Forest Department's Crafts & More outlet. Including terracotta, tribal clothing, various home decoration materials, daily necessities, various materials which were used to decorate girls, different stunning things used by the tribals.

The place is beautiful with greenery and nature all around it. You also have a cafeteria opposite to the entrance of the park. During winters, the park closes a bit early. Covid precautions are maintained thoroughly.

One of the Best place for bird watching in Tripura. A must visit for serious birders who want to encounter rare avifauna which are difficult to sight elsewhere in India. Yes, I am quoting this from my own experience, these hills are known for its rare birds.

Its a great place for picnic spot with friends or family. Separate place for sound n taking food. N a separate place to roam n enjiy the nature. A auditorium also established inside the park. People will never get boared when he/she inside the park. But they have to be in a group of 3-4 people.
