I had a poor experience. Upon calling I was told the charges including the visit and fitness certificate was Rs600/- However upon visiting in person I was charged Rs800/-, the lady was rude and told me since I had called via practo even though I hadn't booked an appointment via practo I had to pay Rs700 and extra Rs100 for the certificate. I was never given a separate certificate, the fitness was included in my regular prescription and not addressed to my company. Quite disappointed with the behaviour, it's not about the money but the way you treat people. She didn't have evidence of any appointment, timing, name, etc from Practo, just some Practo marketing message with my number in it and she argued it to be a legit confirmation of a Practo "appointment". For someone who has used Practo before I know very well how it's done and in spite of showing nothing was booked via Practo she wasn't ready to listen. The lady being rude and misleading the patients over call just to get them to the clinic was quite uncalled for. Post the visit I feel Practo reviews were extremely misleading and now upon checking some of the Google poor reviews and the hospitals' rude responses to those reviews, my experience checks out.

Dr. Chhajed is a kind and caring and doctor . Having pneumonia, (lung cavity and blood clot in lung),and a number of other complications, he healed me and got me back on my feet. He is a thorough doctor that treats you until the problem is resolved. The whole staff are all kind and conciencious, and hygiene of the hospital is maintained to the highest of standards.
