Single word is enough for them " Ghatiya" You take appointments/ call / book ... no ways they will entertain you on reception, receptionist takes own sweet time approx 2 hours to get registered with them till then you can be in que and listen her own talk . If you know someone here like someone said " Sharma Ji " then you will be entertained like 1or 2 min , no que no line you will directly meet with Doctor . Receptionist loves to show the importance by creating approx 20 people around her . You will never know that what is your Number ?? You will never know after whom you will be ?? Staff made this clinic worst to worsen now a days .

Worst doctor and hospital seen in my life. Money minded. Fooling people by his so called prp therapy. Money minded, He is business man not a doctor. Egoistic and don't care about patients. Hospital performed Stapedectomy operation for my Ear that is not required for me as per different 2-3 doctors consultations. My ear become worse than before after operation. Dear Sir , This is the reply of your comment " ghatiya" log , So as per your comment you have priorities some categories which looks good to anyone , however when someone is giving you Input about your staff and there incapablties then you need to take it in positive way , We don't have doubt on your Career / experience/ and your share towards Humanity but you need to understand no one is have enough time to give negative reviews for any staff , we are also staff somewhere if we got any negative response then we look in our service , where we have made it wrong and try to resolve those issue . In your case approx 80 % comment are about your staff behaviour and carelessness. Now you have two ways one you defend them using harsh words towards your customers or talk to your staff to make them sensible . Let me tell you , it all about process which you can make for any incoming patients which should be transparent and visible for everyone, can make registeration and patient Management on different counter or increase the Number of employee. Doctor Just think that are in Que for long and after 30 min you got to know that your most of the person which were behind to you are already Moves far ahead which kind of Impression you will have ????

Very bad experience, Doctor may be good, but the medicines he wrote were not available anywhere. Even we visited recommended specific CP based Med. Store also. All in vein, Staff's behavior also worst, not able to understand why these peoples so rude & unresponsive... Reply on comment: I already wrote "Doctor may be good".
