I booked through the offer price for three days after wizard discount 2008 rs, but I saw the previous comments,I don't paid money bcz all comments are mentioning , once you reach there they will ask more money and they don't know about the discount,so If I paid in online , m trapped forcefully i have to pay the remaining.. The same thing as in the review,i reached there I show the booking number it is correct but in their system discount is not showing its 3850 rs .. Then I spoke to the manager he told down load the Oyo app and check your booking I'd (both R same )it is 3850 rs . I can't argue, and i reach there by around 9.30 so tired and i stay for one night..and left.. We have agoda,gobbibo,and a lot but ..this is a kind of worst experience. It is not about the money only ,it is about the trust on a company called Oyo ..never ever book or refer an Oyo hotel to anyone
Worst Service. Oyo is in increasing Frauds Trend. Please be safe from these kinds of cheaters. They will make you suffer if anyone go with family and book Online Oyo Hotels. Worst Service they are giving. Customer care disconnected call all the time.
Don't waste time by visiting this if you're looking for a place to stay its closed. They have removed the property and it doesn't exist. They should remove this from listing because there is nothing there except for only a board, which when we called were told this doesn't exist anymore.
Fraud hotel. Even though it's listed in Oyo, they don't accept booking even after payment. And they demand extra amount once you reach the venue.

Pre booked online and reached hotel middle of the night just to hear them say that the rooms are over booked. Online booking is a waste as these guys say they can't do much - either they over charge after reaching or tell that they'll refund pre booked amount. Not really recommended, had terrible experience and looks like many others too have same experience with this hotel
Worst experience from OYO Home 78185 Harma Residency booked through Agoda We are very unhappy with the worst service from OYO Home 78185 Harma Residency through Agoda. We booked 5 rooms for 10 members in OYO Home 78185 Harma Residency through Agoda on the subject date and the full money was already paid online by my credit card earlier. These rooms were booked by me for my daughter's engagement function for accommodating the guests from the bride groom side to stay in it. We saw the room earlier and confirmed the same before the guests arrived, but unfortunately on the day when the guests arrived, we took them to the Hotel OYO Home 78185 Harma Residency and they told us that the rooms are not available. This is very disgusting, ridiculous and seems like a day time robbery - they took full money from us but provided us with no rooms. This really made us stay low in front of our delegate guests. I've booked many rooms from Agoda earlier but didn't have a worst experience like this. I think we must sue Agoda and OYO Home 78185 Harma Residency for such an indecent activity which spoiled our dignity and made us feel low in front of our esteemed guests. This is not at all acceptable and I demand Agoda to refund my full money along with applicable defamation charges and also must ban OYO Home 78185 Harma Residency from all future online bookings. Instead of this if they asked for additional money after providing rooms, also we might have given as we are used to do charity activities.
