Hari's Restaurant - South Indian restaurant in Kappalur, Kudiraicharikulam - Madurai, India

This restaurant is in a prime spot for travelers on the National Highway. There is ample parking for all vehicles even on a busy holiday weekend. From the security who supports you in the parking area to the restaurant staff - all are very courteous and polite. All the food items served here carry the authentic flavours of Madurai and are prepared and served with quality and hygiene. I have been visiting this restaurant whenever I pass that place on the NH for many years. Not even once I had a bad feeling even after eating stomach-full. They have separate veg and non-veg restaurants without mixing kitchens. There is enough space for relaxation, and small shopping. Most importantly - the toilets are all well-maintained and are really good all the time for use.

Prime location and the parking is very convenient. Play area for kids and neat restrooms. And the lot of options for food. In recent they have filled the area with lot of stalls. All the stalls placed there are selling their items are much higher rate. Overall best place to stop refresh and carry on travel.

Worst customer service... they think you are just a traveler.... so don't bother about you are waiting .... and the staffs are fighting with each other as well... there is no coordination.... every staff behaving like its their Dad's restaurant... and you are eating free food.. go there if you have lot of patience... better go the near by saravana hotel. I write this review after the 5 th visit. All my experience was bad. Also The price of the food is too costly because it's in prime location. but they are not giving good service to the customers. I won't never come again.

This roadside restaurant is a delightful find, offering easy access and a positive dining experience. While it may not boast anything extravagant, its convenience and good atmosphere make it a satisfying stop for a meal on the go.

A popular hotel in this locality... Had stayed here with family for a marriage visit.. We took around 5 rooms... Each room was spacious and had a feeling of a great room. The spaciousness, air conditioning, and lighting in were top notch... Washrooms were very clean and hygenic... Very spacious parking available.. Has small kids play area nearby... Overall, it is a good place to considering for stay around this locality.

Worst ever service. When we entered in the restaurant, one person gives sweet, then they told that was chargeable. And then price was too high, even one ghee roast cost 105rs. Better you can go inside the Thirumangalam town either Madurai city. They never put water also. And there is no UPI payment method

Pros: 1) Ample parking space available, 2) kids play area is available. While you halt here for the refreshments and break, you could spend some quality time for your kids here also, 3) The restroom here is neat and tidy. 4) Food quality is okay. 5) ATM is available here. 6) fresh juices are worthy and economically charged. Cons: 1) crowded mostly 2) The restaurant doesn't accept UPI payments, only card or cash payments.

Service guys are top notch, nice and friendly. Food taste wise it's okay, not a must try. AC is too chilling and can't be controlled by them. Kids will enjoy the place, kids toy shops, *Famous jigarthanda" shop of Madurai is also available but costlier.
