One of the best yoga school in Rishikesh to begin your yoga journey is Hariom Yoga vidya School. I completed my 100-hour TTC and will return for my 200-hour TTC. Teachers have extensive training and knowledge. The theoretical and practical aspects of subjects like alignment, philosophy, and anatomy particularly appealed to me. astonished to learn life's realities through philosophy. Everything was excellent, including the lodging, cuisine, and surroundings. The staff is incredibly helpful and supportive. I'd want to thank Hariom Yoga vidya School for this wonderful experience since I felt at home there and the folks there made me feel like family. Lydia Namaste!!!

I had a wonderful experience undergoing my 200 YTT here! The instructors were fantastic and open hearted, and the learning atmosphere was great. Asana sessions are included in the course, which is well-structured and provides a holistic education. Other topics covered include Kundalini Yoga, alignment, anatomy, meditation, and philosophy. If I will continue on to 300 hours I will definitely come back here. I highly recommend Hariom Yoga Vidya School for anyone to come learn

I attended a 10 days yoga retreat. I couldn't be more grateful for the experience. I have returned renewed, calm and more aware of myself. The school is great, the rooms are clean and the environment is quiet. very grateful to the teachers and the cooks! Rishikesh is a magical place

Hariom Yoga Vidya School gave me knowledge about yoga off the mat in addition to the asanas. That aided in my personal development. Also, the yoga myths have been updated. The faculty was the most remarkable aspect. Instructors were not only excellent at what they did, but also amazing people. The atmosphere was uplifting and loving... I'm grateful.

I came in this school for a 300 hours TTC. I highly recommend the place, for various reasons. All the teachers have a very high level of standard in all the topics. The program is well adapted for this course. The yoga practice and the teaching of it are well conducted.The location is good for living a month in Tapovan. Easy access to shops, Ganga for meditation or holly bath, veg coffee, and so on. The food is good in the school, and I felt home and part of a family.

My stay at Hari Om Yoga Vidya School in Rishikesh was one to not ever forget. The courses were very interesting. The staff and fellow students very inspiring and kind. Luckily memories will always last.

I'm from the US and completed my 300 YTT in June 2023 from Hari Om. I originally made my deposit on a different yoga school in Rishikesh, but the accommodations, communication, professionalism, and integrity were in question when I arrived. I visited and toured several other schools looking for something better, and Hari Om Yoga Vidya School surpassed them all. Not only was the cleanliness and dignity of the Hari Om excellent, but the staff welcomed me with smiles and answered all of my questions. The owner Pramod is a wise, caring man who will listen and take all of your concerns seriously. The food is delicious, and every member of the staff will help you as much as possible. They are also very respectful of other religious beliefs. The teachers are highly-qualified professionals and full of knowledge, humor, and care. The program is well-organized and the daily schedule is clearly communicated ahead of time. The school is a quiet, calm oasis from the energy of Rishikesh, but it is also well-located as it is walkable to many restaurants, convenient stores, and the Ganges River. The rooms are impressively clean (well above standards of other schools) and have the option for AirCon. Just so you know about other schools in Rishikesh: many other yoga schools go by multiple names to get more publicity (but not Hari Om). The schools that include "Vinyasa" in their name are often an attempt to attract tourists, but you will not find yoga classes like power or flows in the US: most (if not all) schools in Rishikesh (including Hari Om) follow the Ashtanga Vinyasa and Hatha methods of class/teaching. Lastly, I'd encourage you to choose a cooler month of the year to go to Rishikesh since summers can get quite hot and humid. I cannot recommend Hari Om Vidya School more highly.

I'm from Sydney, Australia. I had a very positive spiritual experience while staying at Hariom Yoga Vidya School in Rishikesh. I did 200 hours Yoga Training in April 2023 and it was a life changing experience for me. The yoga teaching staff were excellent in their training and brought out the best in me. They made sure that all precautions were taken while doing yoga and there was not even one instance of anyone developing sprains or any injuries during the practice. The teachers were very encouraging at every step and are some of the best people I have ever met in my life. I finished my training feeling very fit; mind refreshed and ready to take my first step forward in becoming a yoga trainer. The room was very pleasant and the food delicious. I met a lot of like minded people and made friends with my fellow students. The 200 hour yoga teacher training course is highly recommended for anyone who wants to first train themselves fully and start their career as a yoga teacher. All the best!
