Happy Panda Hostel Arambol - Backpacker Hostel in Arambol - North Goa, India

Happy Panda is an amazing place, one of the best Hostels I've ever stayed at, and with great people! It felt like home staying there, thank you so much for everything. You have really everything you would look for in a Hostel (just curtains on the beds please, then it's perfect!). And it's very very clean. Don't hesitate to book if you are looking for a clean and comfortable place with good atmosphere and lovely hosts.

I stayed at this place twice in 2 years and I consider Happy Panda to be on one of my favourite hostel. It has everything a good hostel needs. Clean washrooms would be on top of the list, great vibe, almost entirely filled with solo travelers. They go to great extent to keep the property in a clean condition throughout the day. This place is a must stay for solo travelers visiting Arambol. Kudos to the duo.

Happy Panda is hands down the best hostel I have every stayed in. The beds were comfortable - each bed has a personal fan that keeps you cool throughout the night and provides a drawer with ample space for your luggage and includes a lock with a key. There are warm showers and the cleanliness is impeccable (they are constantly cleaning and tidying - really impressive).They have a restaurant in the hostel that's serves yummy food, a kitchen for you to store your food and cook, and the communal space is incredibly warm and welcoming with game nights and other social events. If you're looking to meet people this is the place! Everyone hangs out in the common area - there is never a time where you can't sit down and strike up conversation if you want. If you're staying in Arambol you must stay here!

Happy Panda Hostel exceeded my expectations! The entire team - Saurabh, Kartik, housekeeping staff did a pretty good job. I loved the week long stay because of the good crowd. Everyday I got a chance to interact with the folks all around the world. It's definitely one of the best hostels of India in terms of hospitality and crowd. The hosts are themselves travellers who understand the nuances of the backpackers and their expectations. They don't allow groups which makes this stay a traveller friendly one. It makes people push themselves out of their comfort zone to interact with other solo travellers. Will stay again, recommended

It was my first ever stay in a hostel and I couldn't have asked for a better place than Happy Panda Hostel. Kartik and Sourabh are two amazing people running the whole show along with their very competent team. The cleanliness in the room, common area, washrooms and the kitchen was quite very impressive. The hostel is created in a way that guests interact with the like minded people. There are enough board games to keep oneself entertained and make new connections in a fun way. Both Kartik and Sourabh's recommendations about places to visit is great. They help you out with everything from booking a cab to hiring a scooty or even booking a flight. The property is on the main road so it's quite very easy to reach here. The shops, ATM, and some good restaurants are next to the hostel. And even though it's a hostel, it has a calm vibe to it with no loud music being played at night. People usually spend time having good and fun conversations. I had an incredible stay at this hostel as a solo traveler. The hosts were incredibly warm and welcoming, creating a friendly and communal atmosphere. The vibe was just right - social yet relaxed. There were fun activities, and the dormitory-style room was comfortable and secure. Highly recommend for an unforgettable experience!

Loved the hostel and its vibe. As a female traveler, this hostel really felt like a safe space. The dorms were very well maintained with good quality mattresses. Bathrooms were super clean. Food was very nice and homely. A 5 min walk from the beach. And lastly, the owners and hosts - Kartik and Saurabh are lovely people. Had a ball of time. Definitely a must stay.

Had a wonderful stay at Happy Panda, the hosts are very genuine and hospitable. Cheap drinks at the in-house bar and you can ask the hosts for any travel advice, they will recommend underrated locations in Goa. Bathrooms were very clean and overall, a very homely vibe. Will definitely be coming back one day.
