Am giving it a one star because that is the minimum possible! I generally never order a cake from an unknown shop but this time butterscotch was not available anywhere else so ordered it from here as its Mom's favourite! The cake was super stale when we cut it in the evening in front of everyone and had to show a sorry face in front of the guests. This has never happened anywhere else, when I called the shop later to inform about this the resolution was come to the shop physically and have it replaced - "ye hota hai kabhi kabhi" - No nahi hota hai ye kabhi b! Later saw so many reviews of people having a bad experience here. Definitely do not recommend the place to anyone!
Have ordered Rainbow fantasy cake but to the hardest disappointment the cake is extremely stale and it is tasting bitter. Would suggest never order from this place as would it have severe health issues. Such unprofessionalism as they are not even attending calls to listen to customers issues

Ordered mango cake for birthday today but the mango pieces were sour in taste inside the cake. Hangout is not maintaining it's quality! Doesn't the fruit get taste before using it whether it's sour or not or good to use. Felt bad when birthday person says cake is not so good. Disappointed!
Ordered Mother's special Rasmalai cake but nothing was special in it, average taste. Cake was ordinary and no taste of rasmalai in it. I was expecting rasmalai in the cake but it had only topping of rasmalai.

I have been regularly ordering cake from this place for some of the event at my office and it has never let me down. These Veg. cakes are super duper yummy and value for money. I ordered Eggless fresh Pineapple cake for home delivery on 4.8.2020 around 9pm, cake was rotten, bad odour, stale cake ( cream on outer layer was cracked as you can see in the picture posted ). How can hangout cakes pack such food and parcel for delivery !!! Shameful hangout cakes. I am writing this because the food(cake) you supplied should be in dustbin instead of being our order. WORST
