I lost 20 kgs in almost 6 weeks. They have a very nice staff and everyone is very helping in terms of excersise.
Very good gym in the that area, good instructions given with both ladies and gents trainers.
Owner of the gym is also nice person. So will not get bored there because they have plenty of sessions like yoga, zumba, bhangra and hurdles in a week.
Hammer gym is really appreciated, trainer just make the right balance between encouragement and pressure. He's has been working with me for 1month only and has certainly helped hugely towards a marked improvement in my health and fitness.
