Excellent toy store situated in LG floor of Phoenix Market City. They have everything you can possibly think off all under one roof. Recently they have even added a play area which is good to keep the kids busy. Pricing can be on the higher side but it's worth it considering the quality you get. Service is good and the staff is always willing to help out.

Dream store for any toy lover, branded collections, great quality and huge variety. Store is well managed extremely clean, staffs are very friendly and knowledgeable. Kids can also enjoy some games/toys which are in display. Only negative is it's super expensive and worst part is they don't have much offers as well. No doubt you would want to buy 3-4 items but at the end you can only purchase 1 or 2 due to extreme prices. They should have more offers to attract more customers since its brand is already popular.

Had an amazing part experience.. its was our kids b'day celebration!! Kudos to the team who did amazing setup and cooperated throughout the party. Warm welcome and greeting kids and family.. playing with them and dancing with them made kids feel top of the world!! Thanks to Priyanka Store Manager who managed it seamlessly Special thanks to Apoorva, Swati, Varsha, Saroj, Chaya for the amazing dance moves and cheering kids and playing with them throughout Kudooos guys.. keep up the good work !!!

Best toy store..very high quality Toys but it's not affordable for everyone.... Store is extremely clean.. Staff is very knowledgeable and helpful.. All kinds of Toys from newborn to toddlers.. It's Located at UG in pheniox mall.. Toys 5/5 Service 4/5 Value for money 3/5

The quality as usual is good. But recently had a very disappointing experience. On a birthday month, hamleys used to give flat 20% discount to the members (this is what I was promised when I bought the membership), which has now been changed to UPTO 20%. I bought many products and was only given 6% discount, as against 20% committed. Not happy with this, as my purchase amount was quite high and discount was peanuts.

The shop is located on the lower floor and you will miss it if you are not paying attention. The collection of toys are good and the staff are very polite with any queries. I was able to find the boomerang which I wanted for my kid. The toys are expensive but you will find specific items if you search for it

Me and my daughter had a wonderful experience here at the Hamleys outlet in Phoenix mall. Sharing my review to ensure one can decide for their next visit with their kids. Pros: 1) The store was neat and clean and they followed all safety norms as per COVID 19 protocol 2) Numerous toys with multiple options as per age group with no limit on age 3) Lot of toys where kids can learn while playing, especially for age group between 2 to 8 years 4) Soft toys for all age group 5) Automated electric cars to bikes to Manual cycle for the kids. 6) High quality toys 7) options to choose from like Robotics, Science, remote controlled cars and toys and dolls to. Much more Cons: None Finally not to forget the staff and especially the Manager were really helpful and ensured my daughter had a lovely time at the store
