Haldiram's Prabhuji - Sweet shop in Barrackpore - 24 Paraganas North, India

Nice ambience, Good food quality, price is high...

Its a brand we all know, but now quality of snacks items are going down , I purchased few namkeen items which have bad oily smell , even I ordered rasmalai which was also rotten. I hope they should take care about quality.. price is high so customers want good quality products.

My first visit to Haldirams Prabhuji Barrackpore outlet and I've to say, I'll go there again and again. Promt service, the original 'Haldirams' taste, ambience is also nice and clean. Overall, it was a nice experience. If you also are a fan of Haldiram's, you will also love itthumbs up from my side

The food is very much of good standards amd quality. The ambience is well enough and you can enjoy your food from morning to night anytime with your friends, family. It's pocket friendly and the food quantity and quality is very good. Cards and cash are accepted. The location is a bit odd. It's situated a few metres from The Barrackpore Municipalty and a little before BN Bose Hospital just alongside BT road. You can have your morning breakfast, your lunch and also your evening snacks and dinner. Some of the the items are not yet available as it has just recently opened. It will soon be. Have a visit.

Worst experience this time from prabhuji, we went there on 17th september to buy sweets.......there were boxes of ladu present but the staff said that those are pre ordered sweets.....it was fine till then but then when we ask a different staff he suddenly said yes we have few and provided us with 4 packets......we were in need of 5 to 6 six packets and as it was not fulfilling our needs we again requested whether they will ne able to manage 1 or 2 packets more but they completely denied the request, one of the staff member seeing that we have received 4 packets started yelling to the guy who gave us the packets that why he have gave it to us....... like seriously!, if the packets are available then what is the harm of providing it to the customer???...again when we were checking out a person came and they were in need of almost 12 packets i exactly don't know the count but they agreed to take full box hence they provided them with ladu......here comes my few questions to the aithority Q1) If they are not willing to sell bulk quintities then why they don't mention the same??? Q2) Why the customer service is so poor although they are charging double to tripple amount than other local shops?? Q3) Why the management of Prabhuji barrackpore doesn't pay attention to these matters?? Is customer service an irrelevant factor to them??

It's a new branch in Barrackpore, spacious, well planned, plenty of food options and damn tasty food... Love. Love love

Food is awesome. Now come to stuff behaviour, the cleaner is the best among the all other stuffs. Specially the cooking department's stuff need to behaviour more gentle. Btw the food and pricing and collection is awesome. You must enjoy it.

Visited around 6pm and literally nothing was available to eat.... Whatever i wanted was not available .... And ultimately i had to go with fried rice. ... Which was okay but under cooked a bit....and the gravy felt like it's from the previous day..... Well ...idk...i guess 3 star....
