This was my 3rd visit to the Experience Center On all 3 visits I was attended by Purva She was courteous- the 1st time 2nd time - her attitude was nonchalant Today her behavior was unacceptable While answering my queries- Thrice she told me " don't you remember" quite rudely Then when the fourth time I asked her about another fitting- I got the same question thrown back at me - & I had to tell her - if I remember why will I ask you Throughout my stay it seemed as if I had disturbed her lunch or something I would have let it go, but while we were looking at door locks, there were 3 other people sitting there & she exchanged snide glances with one of them - mocking us Totally unprofessional- unethical & rude I am buying a kitchen & a wardrobe over 10L, is a little politeness too much to ask - when it is the 'Experience Center' I'm going there to finalize things not to waste my / anyone's time It was a very sour distasteful experience
Guys don't buy Hafelle home appliances -- I have as Asko hob --worst quality and company has audecity to charge 25000 amc on hob --day light robbery , asko microwave -amc cost 30000 per year --which has failed multiple times in warranty period --Beware of such suedo new brands which has no quality and cheap Chinese imports
No of option in kitchen and wardrobe. Well designed and maintained. Service is also good.
Worst service and pathetic products. Bought a stove worth 1 lac and facing problems since the time it's installed. Pathetic service. Never ever buy hafele products. Worst experience.
They are helpful in exploring all the hardware hafele has it. Do vist if you want to see it first before investing in your modular furniture.
