A very nice place especially at evening time. The best is to watch sunset and sunrise. Not very much options to eat. But overall a good place.

Hadgarh Wildlife Sanctuary wildlife sanctuary situated Keonjhar district in Odisha, India, covering an area of 191 km was established in 1978. The sanctuary lies in the catchment of Salandi river, a major tributary of the river Baitarani. Besides the Salandi river, the other perennial and seasonal streams are Mukta stream, Ghagara stream, Pitanau stream, Andheri stream, Suranga stream, Chakratirtha stream and Bentokholi stream. A large stagnant water body (31.83 km2) of river Salandi, called as Hadagarh reservoir is found inside the Sanctuary and is the important wetlands of this Sanctuary that attracts variety of water birds both migratory and resident. Hadgarh sanctuary is linked to Similipal tiger reserve and Kuladiha wildlife sanctuary.

Nice place to visit for mental peace. There some very good places for picnic. Parking place out there. In Mansoon's the Dam looks stunning. And the environment is very clean. In Holidays the place has rushed by the visitors . Overall a good place for visit. After the pandemic a lots of millennials visits here for photo shoot.. this is the reason for the rush of people.

Hadagada Reservoir has been raised on the river Salandi in Anandapur Sub-division of Keonjhar district. The dam encompasses huge water source for the area for irrigation purpose. An splendorous natural environment with high mountains range beautify the reservoir which is eye catching for natural lovers.

One of best place for weekends. Only 40KM from Bhadrak , in Keunjar dist of Odisha . By bike you can reach directly on spot otherwise LMV and Bus to be parked at forest check gate

It has great view and also away from human crowd. There is also a small sanctuary . There is small island in the DAM.
