So psthatic behaviour by staff as well as pharmacist ,once patient discharge they get money after that patient die they don't care ...all are behaving like u pay we give service once they know Money over they start treat like poor and behaviour changes immediately. I was admitted in hospital for treatment (cash less) the staff nurse RMO every one started like I'm god of money....after discharge they seen that will not get benefits from patients they starts ignore...even medical staff was like he is not giving cash so they treat like go and take medicine from out side .from last four day they are saying will available will available but ignoring....so many words to say but in one line I'll suggest never ever go for treatment until unless emergency

Please teach some manners to your staff at the reception. If she (Shaheen) doesn't like her job someone else will be glad to do her job instead. Hospital's are meant to treat people with kindness and care but asking them to get out when patients were asked to come at a specific time given by the doctor, instead of confirming the same with your doctor you chose to pounce like a wild boar on patients??? Reception lady (Shaheen) please please go to school to learn some manners to speak to elders! I hope patients do no stop coming to your hospital because of your mannerless staff like Shaheen. The hospital's administration is fraud. During their shifts, nurses sleep the entire night. Avoid getting accountable for the patient. Nurses demand privately to be paid by the patient's family if a patient's relative wants to sleep; otherwise, you would be forced to sleep on the filthy floor.They respond harshly when questioned. Hygiene is highly compromised here .Poor experience overall. If you can,please avoid visiting this hospital.
