Harsha sir is a superstar trainer! The progress I have made with his guidance would have been unimaginable before I started. I was having so much back pain that I was not able to sit for 30mins straight. In 3 months, I do a deadlift of 80kg and can do squats, bench press and other free weights with proper technique and form. He trains with so much fun and variety that it never feels boring and I always felt interested to go to the gym. He takes a healthy approach to diet as well as exercise, not suggesting the fad diets and extreme workouts leading to injury and loss of form.
His approach is to make the clients build a habit of working out regularly rather than promise some quick gimmicks which may not be sustainable in the long run.
The gym is also great with lots of equipment and is spacious. Any issues are fixed quickly. Overall I am happy with the gym.
It's almost been 4 months since I enrolled to this gym.GymX is awesome because of its ambience, facilities and hygiene.They have experienced and knowledgeable trainers who are always around to guide. Special mention to Suman, who is extremely cooperative and helpful. I have noticed amazing results with my energy, fat loss and strength with guidance of Suman.

The facility offers sufficient space for workouts and provides extra yoga mats that are cleaned after each use. Mornings are generally less crowded, while the evening hours from 6-8 can be quite busy.
The gym is good. Trainers are nice. The equipments are all there. The gym spans over 2 floors and there is a plenty of space. The charges are decent and the gym is open on all seven days.
One of the best gyms near Kasavanhalli. Well-maintained equipments along with a hard working staff which sanitises floor mats after every use. The trainers are also very qualified and friendly and very helpful. There's also a whole seperate floor for functional training
