Big spacious gym , more than 50 people can work out ......good ambiance..... machines are well maintained....i took personal training and i can see changes in my body with in one month....also trainers are very motivating and inspiring..... allover its perfect place to start your fitness journey.....

Best unisex gym in Electronic City. Trainers are very well experienced and give good guidance on exercise and using the machines. I have completed 1 year of training in this gym.

Equipment in the gym are choosen properly to cover all body workouts. There are 5 trainers in Gym which is very good to get help and support during workouts.
I joined this Gym Feb 23 and took PT from the trainer named Aroj and within 6 month my transformation goal was achieved.
I am highly satisfied with work plan, nutrition plan he provided. Appreciate his efforts. Other than Aroj, Vijay and trainer are also helpful and have good knowledge on fitness.
Gym is very neat and clean with changing rooms. Overall I recommend this Gym anyone who is looking for the same in this locality
Based on Doctor's recommendation, I had to start gym routine after 4 months from my ACL and MCL surgery in knee. I joined Gymx and Vijay was my personal trainer. The gym had most of the equipments required for strengthening of my leg and Vijay efficiently managed my routine. His knowledge and experience on exercising was very inspiration and motivating. We started with basic training of individual muscles to later weight training. I had regained my leg stability and overall flexibility. The gym facility is also very nicely maintained and allows individual to achieve their goals. Thanks to Gymx and my PT Vijay.
Well equipped gym with friendly atmosphere. Staff is really friendly and cordial and trainers are always ready to show you the correct form and spot you during workouts
