Worst system here for physiotherapy. Every one has thir own rules . Patients have to wait too long apx two hrs for therepy. The new token system as well as the slip system is worst. Moreover the behaviour of receptionist and supervisor is pathetic because patient has to come first for the token after one hour for slip then after an hour for therepy. What is this rubbish system. Are we free to spend two three hours just for 10 minutes therepy

Adjoining Shri Guru Teg Bahadur Gurudwara, multi-speciality hospital, very nominal prescription fee, Dental staff is doing a very good job.

It is very good hospital many types of surgeries are done here, well experienced doctors , low cost , cheaper than others

Receptionist is totally pathetic and has no etiquettes how to talk. Moreover, doctors also get late and patients are continuously waiting for their turn. Whereas, no heed is paid upon the severity of patients health.

The reason I gave 1 star is Dr Walia the dentist ,room no 8 was very rude and arrogant, he don't know how to talk with patients.long story short I went there to show my capping which started showing stains and when he checked, he started saying rudely that I should go to same doctor which i didn't even remember from 8-9 years ago. I can accept his this statement but it was so rude and he said that in very wrong way that i have to write a review. I know this review won't matter much to anyone and doesn't effect or change anything but I just need to get off my chest as they should know how to treat people respectfully. So this review is basically for one doctor not for whole hospital or other staff members.

Worst Receptionist and Supervisor staff is totally pathetic he treats patients and their siblings in very bad way and their surgeon also talk and treat with patients so roughly, think they all have problems with their jobs . At the end i can say totally unprofessional staff. Don't visit.

The hospitis charitable but the people providing service are not polite at all. They forget that the people who visit there are in pain in one or the other way. Being rude to them doesn't help reducing pain. My suggestion to management is go teach politeness and sympathy to the team.

I had dengue and was admitted here for 4 days. The nurses are very caring. Dr GS Powar is brilliant. The rates of the hospital are comparitively lesser. I am thankful to gtb hospital .
