This is the worst hospital I have never seen in my whole life.. treatment was worst taking care of patients more worst.. hospital ameritirs not good.. there is no toilet facility for visitors and in hospital they are charging Rs. 7000/- per day in ICU.. if there is no requirement of ICU also they won't allow you to move room.. doctors and staff make you fear delusional.. nurses will give ideas to doctors foe unnecessary tests..

Request everyone not to go to this hospital in your life. I would like to share my experience with this hospital. They have looted almost Rs.10 lakhs for the treatment. Just for room rent itself they have charged lakhs & unnecessary lab tests which is not really required but still for sake of money they have gone beyond the limit. Most commercial hospital in the Guntur itself. Management response is so worst they always want to loot the money from patients noting else. Never goto this hospital for treatment. They don't care about the situation/status of the person just need money and loot them.

They turn the healthy people into an ICU patient and loot the money from the patient and advised to get all unnecessary tests even the concerned doctor is not available in the hospital. They shifted my cousin in ICU ward who was very healthy but with minor head ache. You will experience the Tagur movie hospital scene in real.

My own experience...I'm an MBBS graduate, my mom got covid , She has no symptoms except for some weakness and since there was some consolidations(5-10%) I thought remedesivir is needed and admitted her in hosp. But just for 5 days of her stay there, the bill went up to 1 lakh+( now this is without including medicine bill which around costed me 30k)...Now don't get me wrong, the attending doctor was good but the management and staff were horrible in doing their duties especially Mukesh Garu ( he is incharge itseems)..I wanted to apply for bill reimbersement as my mom was SBI employee, but Mukesh Garu made me to roam around hosp for 20 days just to type bill saying we need doctors permission, staff permission and Aadhar card and all sorts of trash..I wanted to give -1 to the power of infinity ratings for this trash hosp but sadly that option wasn't available. Ah I forgot there was no remedesivir in that hosp they said go out and try to get that medication, Such a trash hosp words can't describe.

The very very worst hospital in Guntur. There is no water provided, Toilets were hell and no sink at least for hand wash. Very very bad facilities. Expenses are very very high. We had to live and laid in the hall the whole four nights. Very worst hospital in facilities wise. I just want to give -100 rating for this hospital.

Worst process, irrespective of complaint doctors will concern and tests will suggest, room cost very expensive and others 3 to 4 times on room rent additionally per day other than medicine.

Fraud and scam hospital... Please i request you to not to go here Please dont go here They lure the money ..and tou out empty handed without perfect cure. Even rmps are better than this hospital

This hospital is waste doctors dont have knowledge they are waste they cant treat you if u are in serious condition but bills will be high if u join this hospital then u lose hope if living i lost my dad
