This hospital treats viral infections such as tuberculosis patients, COVID patients, and all viral fevers but their is no proper cleaning and nurses availablity is limited in strength.

Some of the best doctors are available in this hospital.But there is a lack of equipment. The staff should be more resposible in performing their duties. This is also an institute for PG Pulmonology studies. It may not look so much but it's one of a kind institute. Only the state toppers are eligible to take seat in this institute. It's also called as Infectious Diseases Hospital(I.D.Hospital).

a hospital run by government of andhrapradesh for treating fevers and infectitious diseases like T B . the only hospital of its kind in guntur district. mostly the poor and rural people utilises the services of this hospital. now new buildings are coming up and looks like corporate hospital. anna canteen is maintained in the premises by government of andhrapradesh for helping the poor by offering breakfast lunch and dinner at just rs.5. each.
